I think i've still got ya Scarlet Tears stuff on tape somewhere, is there any way of getting hold of any of the Soho Roses stuff still? cos i've got whatever happened to on vinyl but never managed to track down third and final insult or any of the other stuff

We talked about getting it all released on CD a few years ago but, in typical Roses style, we never got our act together. To tell the truth, we weren't sure if anyone would be interested! Recent events, however, have made me realise that it might be worth doing, as there appear to be a few bootleg versions around.

And that is a BOOT!!! Nice to see it gaining speed though. I have been watching the Soho stuff slowly going up in price over the past few years. This one is pretty impressive. BUT, if this is a version with no break inbetween two certain songs, I will be upset for ceratin reasons. [img]wink.gif[/img]

Isn't the title for "6. THIS AIN?T CALLED ANYTHING YET" actually "Untitled"? Don't have my cover with me (do have the CD though) and it was one of those things where I never had an original, so I never stared at the cover. I just know that I was a little bummed to see that song was never given a "proper" title, as it is the one song I do intend to do a cover of someday. By far my fave, and just an all around brilliant song! If I get permission to do it, that is.

"Homosexual Overtones"? Hmmmm, I think I need to listen to the lyrics a little closer! LOL! I had no idea. I thought it was more or less a break up song with a no more alcohol so you wouldn't dream of a person. I'm hearing all the wrong words, aren't I? Or did I get a goofed label? Was that the last song on the album?

Hey Blittz - I really do think it would be a good idea to put the Roses stuff out on CD, even if it's only a limited distribution thing. It took me ten years of searching to track down a copy of the album, and it was only thanks to the miracle of the interweb I found one in a record shop in Germany...
